H2O

“Hired to Onboarded”

From your first day to getting SFG approved.

Create your email & enroll in prelicensing

Set up your new agent email and enroll in Life & Health prelicensing with JustInsurance. Complete this within your first 24 hours.

Complete your coursework

Most agents finish in 5–10 days. Your H2O calls are there to help you stay on pace.

Pass your exam & apply for your license

Schedule your state exam, pass it, and apply through NIPR. Text your mentor the second you pass.

4

Get SFG approved

Finish your onboarding application, join H2O calls, and get set up on Summit Basecamp.

PLAY 02

L2A

“Licensed to Activate”

From approved to writing business.

Complete contracting

Set up your SureLC account, purchase E&O, and get logins to every carrier you'll write with.

Get activated

Complete Navigator training and join your Licensed-to-Activate call to finish the final activation steps.

Join a live dial team

Sit in on a live session, then complete your own intern dial sessions to get comfortable on the phone.

Purchase your first leads

Get set up on Leadstream and build your lead strategy for maximum profitability.

Build your first app with your mentor

Leverage the Flat Tire System or your first booked appointments. Submit in OPT and become an official writer.
